It wasn’t. No matter what it was, it wasn’t wasted time. And, even if it were, what could we do about it?
It’s about what we do next. Life, sports, business, relationships — we can’t get do-overs. So “next” becomes paramount.
Can we learn? You bet. And we should. Can we assess, reflect, look inside and gather perspective? You bet. And we should.
But it wasn’t wasted time. And, even if it were, there’s nothing we can do about it.
