After two weeks on the road, talking with some of America’s truly great community bankers, I was drawn to how these simple rules apply to all business. The bankers, the people they lend money to, the people they accept deposits from — all of us can benefit from this simple formula.
If we want to build a great company, business, department, team or function — well, this is a pretty good “true north setting.”
