“Find a company whose professional values match your own. Hire people you would want to work for. Push and be pushed.”
– Tracey Massey, President, Mars Chocolate North America, as quoted in Bloomberg Business Week

The people around us matter. A lot. And the people we hire will ultimately determine our trajectory. So, “hire people you would want to work for,” seems pretty good, too. Check.
How far and fast we go will hinge on how willing we are to push for meaningful change, and how willing we are to be pushed — no matter who does the pushing. “Push, and be pushed.” Check.
I love it when a plan comes together….
