Seth Godin describes being remarkable literally. “Are you being remarked upon?” Roger puts it in context. How can we stand apart in an RFP, “vendor management” and cost conscious world?
When we’re changing the conversation, presenting solutions to problems the client doesn’t yet know they face and earning the kind of share-of-mind that gets us mentioned at the dinner table, we most certainly are making a difference.
And it most certainly will pay off well — for all involved.
