It’s not. It almost never is, really.
Personal is personal. Sometimes you have to make the hard call. Sometimes, doing the right thing feels really wrong.
Right is right. And difference makers have to make those calls.
And, when you do, it’s not personal. And, if it is, then you ought not to decide just yet.
