“Love is what makes two people sit in the middle of a bench when there is plenty of room at both ends.”
– Unattributed
With apologies for dorfing up my new technology and missing a few posts — today is a day when love rules.
What if it ruled every day?
Not squishy, googly-eyed love, but the kind that brings us to the middle of the bench. The kind that makes us seek out ways to serve someone else — or something greater than us?
There is enough anger to go around. More than enough, clearly. There is enough angst and loneliness and fear and doubt. We need not contribute to those pools.
Love, on the other hand, will make a difference — and if we get enough of it flowing, it can rule our days.
