Double standard?
Not necessarily.
It says right there on The Heston Group website that intent matters more than content.
Still, isn’t it funny that we look to the outward realm for our opinion of others, and naturally go to the inward realm when judging ourselves.
Granted, it’s dang near impossible to see inside a man’s heart or soul — but would it make a difference if we’d at least try?

The truth is, intentions are invisible. Leaping to unfounded assumptions about intentions can be a disaster.
