As my old friend, Dr. Tom Graf often said, “Change will only occur when the fear of change is overcome by the pain of remaining the same.” Seems to me like that’s “the heat” Mrs. Lewis-Hall refers to above.
The pain of remaining the same.
One way to make a difference is to lead change before the heat gets too hot and the pain gets too great.
