“Faith is better than belief. Belief is when someone else does the thinking.”
– R. Buckminster Fuller, architect and designer
You’ll see many a post here in the ol’ DD about belief, and how it’s really, really important. It is, too. Belief is an important ingredient in success, no matter what the undertaking.
Twice a year, though, we’ll focus on Faith. The kind with the upper case “F.”
This is not an evangelical blog. Technically, it’s a business blog, but one that doesn’t draw a line between business and personal habits, behaviors and outcomes. I don’t believe that you can compartmentalize life without exhausting yourself and confusing others.
That said, I choose to believe that something incredible happened 2042 years ago just after midnight tonight, and that it made us all more better for its happening. (Even in this context, “more better” is a technical term…)
It doesn’t matter, though, that I believe it. What matters is the absolute faith — ooops, make that Faith — that it happened.
Merry Christmas.

A great reminder that over 2000 years ago, Love came down. Of that, I have absolute Faith!
