This is about today.
I hate text messages.
I hate e-mail 25 times more than I hate text messages.
Why?
Because I hate impersonal where interpersonal is an option. And interpersonal is almost ALWAYS an option, even when it’s not the easiest, fastest, least committed option — it’s always an option, and it’s usually the better option.
Connecting. Engaging. Building. It’s done voice-on-voice. It’s done face-to-face.
And, it makes a difference.
